About the Author
Ruben Burgos is a poet, novelist, entrepreneur, and former investigative story journalist whose work stands at the intersection of justice, humanity, and resilience. Across more than twenty-five years reporting on law enforcement, criminal justice, and public affairs, he developed the authentic voice and meticulous eye for detail that now distinguish his fiction and poetry.
Before devoting himself fully to literature and publishing, Burgos built and led a multimedia music network — in New York City, the home since 1998 of Ruben Burgos Management and the Urban Media Global Network Collective, where, as Mr. Dope Chef, he has guided artists, musicians, and models. That life at the crossroads of media, technology, and storytelling informs every page he writes.
His published work spans poetry, literary fiction, psychological and crime thrillers, suspense, horror, and business.
